I’m Angela and I’m a Law School Strategy Coach. (But if you’re here, my hope is that you already knew that!) I work with incoming law students to teach them the strategies to position themselves for the grades they want before law school begins.
Most incoming law students (myself included at the time) have zero idea exactly how to “do” law school right. That’s where I come in. I show them how to craft kickass strategies to get the grades and land their dream job out of law school...but now I’m growing and I need your help!
Now, if we're going to work together, there are a few things you should know about me and my brand:
Law School Master Plan (LSMP) is my signature course + group coaching program and the focal point of my brand. In this program we take 0Ls (i.e. incoming law students) from totally clueless to law school boss so that they have a crystal clear gameplan for how to dominate law school before they begin.
I love filling my life with awesome people, so being a cool, nice human is a MUST.
My brand is growing (so exciting!) and we are constantly outgrowing our systems and creating new ones. This will be a fun role, but you have to be down for the ride.
I’m suuuper detail-oriented, but I need to be able to shift from being in the weeds (which I love) to focus on the bigger vision for the business. That’s where you come in. I need someone who is insanely amazing at details and skilled at integration, and also has an eye for strategy. I want to continue growing my business with this person by my side.

This contractor role will start at 8-12 hours per week. Pay will range from $35-$55 per hour based on experience and skillset. Experience working with online businesses is required, and huge bonus points if you've used any or all of the systems we use in our business!
Okay, Angela. I’m liking this. What do you need me to do?
I’m so glad you asked. As our Tech VA / Systems Strategist, you will create, implement, and maintain all backend operations to optimize our team and community’s experience with the Law School Master Plan brand, company assets, and live virtual events. Your impact will be massive. We aren't looking for a typical "VA.” This role is the operational backbone of our company and must come with some serious creativity, resourcefulness, and follow through.
Here are some of the things you can expect to do day to day
BACKEND SYSTEMS: A big part of your role will be to ensure that all backend systems are built out wonderfully and that every step is optimized.
Lead magnet funnels / Sales funnels: create and maintain landing pages, email sequences, payment processors, and automations
Course platform: implement all updates and improvements to the videos, slides, documents, and software inside our paid programs
Tech stack: be the “go to” person on learning, implementing, and optimizing all tech tools that we use inside the business (must be a “figure it out through google” king/queen!)
LAUNCHES: You will play a big role in strategizing and executing launches, and be intimately involved in the day-to-day to make them come to life.
Systems: build out the launch assets, including landing pages, backend systems, and team tasks (in ClickUp)
Email marketing: build out emails with all the bells and whistles and keep a well-organized tracking, tagging, and sending system
Analytics: keep daily track of how our emails, landing pages, and other tech systems are converting to quickly fix any problems
YOUTUBE: I’m a youtuber, so you will be in charge of strategizing, implementing, and optimizing the YouTube videos to make sure that we maximize reach and that every video goes out on schedule with all the bells and whistles.
SEO: find the best ways to target our key demographic through topic research and SEO searches
Upload: upload and optimize the weekly video (title, tags, description, cards, endscreens, transcript, thumbnail)
Analytics: track manalytics to determine aspects of the strategy that can be improved or optimized

You take initiative to get sh*t done.
You have experience as a Tech VA in the online business sector.
